Hi, I’m Michael Bromley

Martial Artist, Teacher, Trainer & Mentor

For nearly 40 years, I have been studying physical movement and personal evolution. My journey has led me through the world of Qi Gong, human behaviour, Martial Arts, spirituality, and more.

Today, my mission is to support people – just like you – to master their lives through principles and daily practices that promote wellness on all levels.

    What if I’m physically unfit?

    Zen Yoga is all about what you can do, not what you cannot. No matter what level of fitness you are at, the gentle and holistic nature of these practices provides a place for you.

    What if I have body pain?

    I always recommend that you consult with a qualified medical physician or doctor before engaging in exercise. Generally, the practices in the program have shown improvement in all areas when moving with purpose and mindfulness to build slowly.

    Do I need to join a gym to do this program?

    No, these practices can be performed without any weights or apparatus in the comfort of your home or out in nature.

    Can I fall behind in the program?

    No, this program is designed for you to work entirely at your own pace and level. You can master the basic and foundational movements and then explore your way to your own daily practice of Zen Movement.

    Meet Your Trainer

    Michael Bromley is a Martial Artist, teacher, trainer and mentor devoted to guiding people on their path of personal evolution.

    With nearly 40 years’ experience in Martial Arts, Michael holds multiple black belts in karate and kung fu, including Wing Chun, kickboxing, jujitsu and Qi Gong. As a qualified Personal Trainer, Michael focuses on functional movement, mobility, strength, conditioning and rehabilitation to help his clients achieve their goals.

    Michael’s personal journey triggered an extensive study in Neuro Semantics, NLP, emotional Intelligence and leadership, universal laws and modern hypnotherapy. To expand his mentoring and coaching abilities further, Michael’s self-study inspired him to explore the fields of neuroscience, epigenetics, psychoneuroimmunology, and human behavioural science.

    This blends seamlessly with the meditation, Asian philosophies, Flow concepts and gentle movement of the Art Of Zen Yoga, where Michael holds the only current practitioner qualification in Australia.

    Also qualified in massage and Reiki, Michael takes a holistic approach to help move and evolve a person from one (undesired) place to another (desired place) by using the Strength, Agility, Flexibility, Balance and Clarity principles over the Physical, Mental, Emotional and Spiritual Realms.
